Wrong URL, you'll get that URL once the site is created.

Same for Wixisite.com - Wrong URL - Wix.com

Go to GoDaddy.com and click on "Start for Free".

Thanks for the post but I have a few questions as I'm new to SEO and have a zero budget for my business.

What would you post on these sites?

How would you do backlinks, would it be via a blog post and how many backlinks do you put?

Do you keep these sites updated or is it a onetime creation?

I have Googled this but cannot seem to get a straight answer.

And is there any other advice you could give me please?

You can search this forum for guides on how to build a web 2 network links. General idea is that you build a nice natural looking web 2 with a few articles (original/spun) then link to your money site. If you think the site is not high quality you can use these as tier 2 sites.

The real question is, how do I index them on Google? Web 2.0 have hard time getting indexed. I have a few Tumblr 2.0 not sure how to index them. Does anyone have an answer to this?

That is where I bought the Tumblrs from. My question is how do I index them, I am having a hard time indexing those tumblrs. I may be missing a trick here, not sure

You need tumblrs with links, otherwise no point of buying expired tumblr.
Simple solution for indexing? Create like 100 web2's and then buy 5k blog comments for $5 here (so 50 blog comments per web2), within 1-2 week your web2's will be indexed.
