1. Get a free lycamobile us sim
2. Activate it (also free)
3. Open a US VPN (has to not be blacklisted from making gmails)
4. Open incognito tab while on vpn, make gmail

5. Sign up google voice

You can transfer number from this account to your main account too

It's not residential IP's fault, but you either didn't use a real mobile number from one of the 3 major carriers or you used a non US gmail

New browser fingerprint, create google account, then use Textverified to confirm your new GV account. But sometimes even Textverified wont work, you will get the SMS but GV won't approve your number. It most likely means your IP is bad as they require clean resi/mobi proxy
I made google voice on datacenter (shitty quality colocrossing) IP

1) You need US gmail
2) You need good US IP
3) You need phone number from something like: https://www.textverified.com/apps/gvoice

Prior to now I have been struggling to create a Google voice account and most resources I have found haven't been much of help. I currently reside in Philippines which complicates ability to get help on how to mass produce a GV account .. please i need help/guide on how to create a Google voice account ..
Figure it out yourself! Can't believe you're struggling with a Google Voice account. Stop begging for help. Search online or read the guidelines. It's not rocket science. Residing in the Philippines is no excuse. Take initiative and stop whining.

Just like you're bumping a 1+ year old thread to tell a member who hasn't been online in a year that they're "whining".
