Why would you create them on a single IP? It will definitely be a red flag to Instagram

I am sure they will all get flagged and get banned eventually. Using rotating residentials are the best solution and I've tested instagram with my product and it work great!

I think it would be great too, like have static IP for every cloned app but static IPs are really expensive and costy.

How many instagram account can one create with a single ip? I have three and they have no problem. although one is personal and others are for business etc.

There are expert who recommend 1 account per proxy, or max 2-3. Proxy need to be quality

You can create about 5-6 Instagram accounts on the same SIM card/device. If you create a larger number, it’s best to use a proxy with antidetect browser profiles to change your IP address so that the website does not detect that you are using the same device.

In most cases each time you connect to the mobile network - you get another IPv4 address from local mobile network pool. Probably you don't need many SIMcads. You can simply rotate ip addresses reconnecting to the network.
That's a good plan if your Mobile operator can give you a static ipv6 for each simcard. But that will limit you to use one sim for one or just a couple of accounts.
Remember - IP address is not the only thing that is being analyzed.
