Creating animated videos

I've seen this one guy who created a video of himself (animated) talking, like doing a speech/monologue and i found it quiet cool. i'd like to do something similar to test a few things out and see if my followers/readers would enjoy that also.

Is there a good software that can produce something like that with minimal skills?

I will ask my friend , I think he should know as he had this kinda experience with what you need

Thanks, i'm looking to do it on my own....if it goes well then i'll obviously make it part of my thing

You can upload a vector graphic of yourself to a site like GoAnimate quite easily and use their lipsynch technology to animate quite easily
