THe setup is far from perfect but OTP will help a lot. Also you need a mobile connection, - 4g proxy- to emulate phone capabilities. The accounts will not have such a higher trust score, but will do the job.

I would argue and say "anti-detect" browsers are not hard to detect at all. Might work on a small scale, but not on a higher scale at least on bigger platforms. Very easy to catch with machine learning, always something leaking.

Using antidetect browsers alone isn’t enough anymore. Platforms catch patterns fast, so masking with mobile-like fingerprints (iPhone/Safari) plus reliable proxies works better. If you can, real OTP numbers for verification are safer than temp SMS. For scaling, many combine mobile fingerprints with mobile proxies to keep accounts looking natural.
