hello everyone!

i'm planing on creating a youtube channel using a vpn, why? let me explain:

i live outside of the US, & i want youtube to list my content in the US region section, [not in my original country].

so i'm assuming if i connect to a US server while creating the account YT will think i'm from the US right?

so my questions are the following:

is it safe to use a vpn when creating a new channel?
will YT list my content in the US region when i upload a video using vpn?
will YT shadowban my YT account if i do?

also i'm planing to use my phone number to verify the account, which is not a US phone number, not sure how that will effect the process.

BTW i'm using n**dvpn.

please share with us whatever you know, i'm new to YT so i have no idea of what i'm doing.

Everytime this question pops up or is reposted, most replies say that a datacenter vpn (paid or free) is sure to fail. Then I always add the following suggestion: what about a paid dedicated ip (N**dvpn offers them for a fee) ? But I never get an answer.
Reminder: a vpn dedicated ip is not from an ISP, is hosted in a datacenter but is exclusive to its buyer.
If what you want is a White hat single YT account, then the alternative would be a US proxy. The problem is the price is way higher than a vpn dedicated ip since I'm yet to find a website that would sell only 1 proxy. So you're still in for circa $100 per month and a bunch of proxies you may have nothing to do with if you're not into multiaccounting....

phone number is not an issue as you can use Skype no. for that but using a vpn is not safe unless you are just signin up and selling the account. If you plan to do regular upload and monitize the account, then you a residential IP vps

Signing up and create a youtube channel using a vpn is a bad idea man.

yea it will be useless to pay for multi proxies monthly just to use 1 proxy, is dedicated ip safe to use on the long run?
& will i have to keep using the same dedicated ip for uploads right?
if so i will get 1 for sure..

which website do you recommend for a residential IP vps?

if your intent on making USA you tube accounts. get a usa made email
a usa 4g proxies, use a clean cache and make the account
where do i get the usa made email? & will i have to keep using the same 4g proxy even after creating the channel? or just during creating the channel?

check multilogin.com they have some good residential IP providers.

Since I never get any answer, I simply can't say but, very much like you, I'd like to know if a vpn dedicated ip for a long run account can do. I've seen a guy here say that he had no problem with this on TikTok (no emulator, no simcard). But one guy is not a lot... The unknown with dedicated ips is whether providers reserve exclusive ip series for them or convert shared ips into dedicated ones, which is a recipe for failure. Anyway, even if the dedicated ip you buy is a former dedicated ip (former user), you don't know if it was formerly abused or not (probably not since dedicated ips are generally not ideal for BH) nor if providers let them rest for a while between realotting them. It seems there'sno one on BHW to tell us more about that.
There might be an intermediate solution: a datacenter isp address, that is... datacenter but owned by an isp (AT&T or the likes, not some anonymous cloud space retailer). You may find some for $15 a month, which is still a lot when compared to a dedicated ip from a vpn... and I've read that even so you could not be too sure about its validity with social networks...
So anyone here with more about that is welcome.
(As to multilogin: basic plan=$99 a month if I read correctly, so no)

it seems n**rd vpn dedicated ip cost 70$ yearly, i have contacted there support to see if they have monthly plan, they said only yearly, which is unfortunate, not only that you have to pay for a dedicated ip, you also have to pay for a subscription on top of that to be able to use the dedicated ip, that will be like $140+ which is really expensive.

my plan was to test if a dedicated ip actually work for at least a month, once i confirm it's working then i proceeded to pay for the yearly subscription, but sadly they don't offer monthly subscription.

also as you said: the dedicated ip's could be used & abused in past by previous users, there's no evidence that suggests that the dedicated ip's were never used by anyone else in the past, if that is the case then this could be a bad idea.

however i'm still willing to test, but can't seem to find a good vpn that match n**d vpn that offers monthly for a dedicated ip, i've tested shared ip's fron n**rd vpn on tiktok, which works fine, i still get views, not allot, but still something, also i tested pr***n vpn free US servers on tiktok, the results were a disaster, as my videos got stuck at 0, they were under review till this day, so yea the ip's plays a major factor in social media platforms.

if you find anything useful to our current issue then please share with me, like wise i will do the same, thank you my friend for the help, much appreciated.

pm me the datacenter isp address website, the one you think it might work, i will check it out.
