Just as the title says. I'm looking for a spider I can either use or create to search out specific Java Script snippets on websites. If these sites are running this script than I know they are a good fit for my company.

I tried using scrape box but it kept pulling up a bunch of garbage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

If you try doing the same search manually in your browser Google will show you the exact same garbage, because you can search text in Google but not page source code. So all you can do is a regular text based search and then use the page scanner http://www.scrapebox.com/page-scanner to scan the source code of the urls returned for the js snippet you are after.

They don't offer page scanner anymore. If anyone knows how to get it I'd really really appreciate it

Not sure who told you that, but the Page Scanner can be downloaded from the addons menu the same as the other 32 addons. It's one of the newer addons, and one i use very frequently myself so it's not going anywhere.
