How can i create a group buy site for tools.
Where can i the script that they are using to share tools?

There is no script, they buy and share account in members based area.

If you want i can setup a complete site and tell you how to do it.

If I remember correctly it's often a portable Firefox install in a zip with a config file that routes it through their proxy server
