How do I create a video with a redirect to another website
at the end of the video using Camtasia 6.

My plans are to create a mini site with a flash video reviewing
some software programs I use & have them redirected to their
sales page.

I'm going to use tubemogul to get the video out to some video
sites like break & youtube, when I use tubemogul should I use
the url to my mini site with the video or put it on youtube and
use that url.

I've noticed that a lot mini site sites have their videos hosted
on youtube.

Will the video still redirect at the end if its on youtube and the other
video sites or should I create another video & get them to come the
one on that's on my site.

well you can get the redirects by using call outs, if you are going to use your own hosting for video you can do the redirects with callouts, go to link provided it is their learning center there you can get answers to your question on how to do that.

to answer your second question, no you can not have redirects on youtube videos because they convert it. best way to get link to your site is on description box.

Should I host the embed the video on my site with the
redirect.

Or upload the redirected video to youtube if they will allow it and
then embed it on my site.

I've seen videos on mini sites that are hosted at youtube.

I'm going to be using tubemogul to promote the video should I use
the URL to my site or the URL to the video on youtube.

Sorry what do you mean by redirects, do you mean if the press on a link in a video then they get redirected to your site? if you mean that than youtube does not allow live links in their videos, you could watermark them. You can set up flash video with live link on it.

The the end of the video their redirected to the sales page for the
affiliate program using a call out that zhagijs1 says to do.

Does anyone know if youtube allows redirected videos that where made using
camtasia 6 call out feature.

To highbids:

It is my understanding that any internal javascripting or external .xls commands are not functional in any video that you upload to Youtube due to the fact that those commands are automatically disabled/removed by Youtube during the conversion process.

Basically, this means that any ways of controlling a video on your own site are not there when uploaded to Youtube.

You CAN control the behavior of an embedded Youtube video when it is on your own site though.

I'll first try using the callout feature in camtasia that redirects the
user & if that doesn't work out OK I'll try what dextor1372 said.

I'm going to use TubeMogul to submit the videos.

Will I have to make two videos one to submit to the video sites using
TubeMogul that gets them to my landing page to view the video with
the redirect feature in it.
