Creating a fake unverified PayPal account, same IP

Hello. I'm about to start selling a digital product. I'm using PayPal as payment gateway. The problem is I want to test my system on the production server, not just PayPal sandbox, before I go live. In my country PayPal is really unpopular and I don't know anybody with PP account. So I think the easiest, simplest way would be to just create an account (without verifying), send money to it and use it to test my website. Could I get in trouble for something like that? It could be a legit case, for example if I created a PP account for a family member. What do you think?

Creating multiple PayPal accounts, then sending money from one to another (on top of that one of them is brand new and unverified), is just asking for trouble. The chances are that both accounts will get limited. More than likely you'll be able to remove the limitation from your legit PayPal, but not from the other one. You should really find someone, who does the job for you or create/buy a proper stealth account.

Thank you, I will try something different. So now I'm thinking to create a legit PP account for a relative, bank verify it and send money to it from the bank account. IP being the same shouldn't be a problem in this case?
Alternatively, I guess I just could test it with a credit card payment. No account required.

That would work. You could also ask someone you know and that has an PayPal account to send you $1 to test.

Why don't you create that on a phone instead so no issue at all could be raised due to IP and be safer yet?

It depends on your product,turnover and currency, in case you need stable account for years for high volume - just register business in Paypal approved countries and open bank account for verification.
Don't forget that each country has own monetary regulation, so you be prepared that Paypal will ask you for more documents.
