You will probably get "Try again later" or you will be able to create accounts that will be down next day or shadowbanned on the next day.

The key is aged, old device (registered mobile device), EXCELLENT (not good, EXCELLENT) proxies, good region (a lot of regions are restricted fast) and a lot of time to age the accounts.

if i use 5 phone connected to the same account does tiktok get wifi information ? know that theses phone are connected to the same phone ? when the phone is ios then android

i don't understand clearly but yeah, if you use same static IP on the 5 phones with 1 account, it's a highway for a shadowban

Not one account 5 Phone in each phone one account connected to same wifi
 
You should definitely use not only proxies, but also a good anti-detection browser, because social networks see not only IP, but also other indicators that give multi-accounting
If you do it all together, it will work very well

i personally have limited information about targeting various countries on TT, but I think it comes to region ( so when you download an run an app you are getting your "region" in responses), IP, location, etc etc etc.


But don't take my words serious, as I never tried it.

when i create the account i need to scan the qr code so the account get trasfered to pc browser so thats why it's a no

You can try to do it, but it might raise suspicion on the website. They may view it as an attempt at spamming or unauthorized use of the service, and as a result, could block your IP address, restrict your accounts, or require verification. Therefore, in my opinion, it's not worth the risk as you might waste your time.
 
You can try residential proxy with antidetect browser to create multiple profiles for multiple accounts
 
Or you can buy 100 accounts at once

Be authentic on your contents or videos. And avoid posting kinds of media that has act of violence, crime, rape or any kinds of illegal activities.
 
Please separate your accounts and do not use the same IP or device, it is not safe
