I need help. I am from bangladesh and I want to create a sckout account with USA number. How can I do that ?

I'm not familiar with Skout so I don't know much about it and actually I don't know the sign up process.
But, If it just about USA number.
Then you can try these Android and web based services: Textnow,Text Free,Talkatone,Digntone,Burner or textplus/ nextplus

Bro tried these...even tried google voice. When google voice passed I am not thinking about usa number anymore. Now I am thinking about non pva account. If you can try and help me. I will be pleased. Thanks in advance.

Tried textnow. Also tried recveive sms online (2 website and used every usa number they provided. just didn't triy with VPN. Going to do it).
