Create Skout account with virtual number

I need help. I am from bangladesh and I want to create a sckout account with USA number. How can I do that ?

I'm not familiar with Skout so I don't know much about it and actually I don't know the sign up process.
But, If it just about USA number.
Then you can try these Android and web based services: Textnow,Text Free,Talkatone,Digntone,Burner or textplus/ nextplus

Maybe Non PVA is a better option bcz I tried and unable to figured out any working method to create a PVA account.

Textnow should do the job, if not, try to find those *receive sms online* panels. I did this with instagram. And sure VPN if Skout is censored in yout country

Tried textnow. Also tried recveive sms online (2 website and used every usa number they provided. just didn't triy with VPN. Going to do it).
