Create my Own Ad Network - Software Suggestion?

Hi,
I'm looking to create my own ad network platform.
The service will be the same as many out there, Advertisers and Publishers. Should have the latest ad solutions, etc..
Could you suggest me any good script that i can use, or someone who have more info regarding this who can help?

As Johnik said , if you want to do something innovative or new, you will need to hire experienced folks.

Ad networks and ad delivery is a saturated industry and you need a USP that differentiates you from the others.

If you just want something indie tho and basically become "Yet Another Ad Network", there's Revive. It's open source now. Back in the dotcom bubble days it was huge and was known as phpAdsNew. A lot of small ad networks still use it today.
