i look for someone who can create me mulitple GMB without postcard.

My business is in france

It's better to contact google for my business support .

In my case, they verified through mail and photos, and name board.

It will take time but is advisable.
 
Google support had me to go to location and do a video chat with them, showing office, equipment and everything, also a table with full address, company name and details, contacts etc... It's time wasting but doable.
 
The best alternative to postal verification is Through Video Call. This option appears only when 2 weeks time has been passed and you have tried postal verification multiple times.
In the Video Verification method Google asks you for the following things:
  • Workplace: To show us where you get your work done. This will include showing our specialists around your workspace, your business logo, and the tools you use. If you meet customers on your premises we’ll want to see your public space as well.
  • Vehicle: To show us how you get to your customers (If you use a vehicle for your business). This will include showing our specialist the license plate of your registered motor vehicle (sorry, no public transit accepted at this time) and your business logo on the vehicle. If you carry tools or other instruments of your trade-in vehicle, that’s ideal.
The Video Call Verification takes just 5 minutes and it is the best method if in case postcard does not come to your location after trying for many times.
