Use the mobile app version of gmail.
You'd be able to create at maximum 15 accounts before a number would be required

Thanks for the advice, I'm using AWS Rdp's but phone number still required!

Fresh IP will resolve that mostly, but you can also buy prepaid phones for about $50 - that initial investment and a new phone card will let you register a bunch.

It's too much hassle to create Gmail accounts. It is easier to buy it instead as Gmail accounts are cheaper and saves you lots of time and headaches, But just like other people suggested creating 1-2 account daily through Gmail app (without changing the IP or using VPN) should not be a problem

They just add it but you will get flagged sooner or later especially using a vpn

Clear your cache and go to youtube. Watch some random video, like it and click sign-in. Create a new account from there, and you should be able to without putting in phone number.

there are multiple ways you can create a Gmail account without using your mobile number for verification. One of the easiest ways to do this is through the Gmail app because no matter how you sign up you can opt-out of giving a phone number for verification

Just get a free number from textnow an american number then use that to register and then change number after 4 or 5 accounts, textnow is free

I use text verified services when I need stealth accounts or so. It would cost you $2.50 for one verification, but it works for everything. Free services often are abused and their numbers are blacklisted.
