Create CPA Network [Question]

I am in the process of creating a CPA Network for a specific niche. Right now I am just promoting other cpa network's offers and taking a tiny slice off the lead for myself. I would like to payout my publishers at the same or higher as other networks.

I am wondering how all of these CPA Networks get their advertisers.

Cold calling?

I would love to know where they get their advertisers..is it from the summits?
 
Creating a CPA network is different than creating an Affiliate Program for a specific niche/product.

Id strongly suggest not creating a CPA network if you don't know what your doing.

My idea is a CPA network for a specific niche not an affiliate network.

It is kind of hard to judge how much I know, but I know my way around cpa. I know that I can catch people doin shady stuff... probably because i've tried it all before.

Any resources that you can provide in order to know what you're doing?
 
You'll need a bunch of cash to float, so unless you have that to start with, I'd strongly suggest against starting a cpa network. You don't want a merchant not paying you, so you can't pay your affiliates.

All I can say is that we're in the process of starting a CPA network, but we have investors backing it, and I'm signing up advertisers both from contacting the marketing managers of the larger corporations, and by being at tons of events and networking with people. You need a strong pitch and then you need to deliver. Just get out there...I just did 4 presentations this week, 3 the week before that, and I've got a bunch booked for the coming weeks. Just do it.

The easy way is to set up your network with direct track and then get offers that are cross published.

Pros: Fast,Access to lots of offers,make money right away
Cons: Hard to get super affiliates

The hard way advertiser by advertiser. PM if you have any questions
Pros: Make lots more money, easy to get super affiliates
Cons: Slow
