Create audience target

I remember using a software called Social Lead Freak to extract the UID from groups and fan pages in order to create highly targeted audiences. I know SLF is not working anymore.

My question is, i have a bunch of curated groups that I want to advertise too... is there anyway i can create an audience based on Group users and not by interests?
