Create accounts within EU, no VAT?

Hello fellow blackhatters!

I want to run some nono-ads with a high risk of getting banned, therefore i dont want to use my WH account.

How can i create multiple accounts within the EU without having a VAT/company-number. I have valid CCs and all other neccessery things, just want to do it as a individual without VAT/company.

Any suggestions?

I forgot to say it is GoogleAds im working with. The solution your suggesting is for Facebook Ads if im not wrong?

The CCs are Swedish btw.

When you create the account it should ask if its for business purposes on adwords.

If not you should use US or CA accounts with your swedish cards. If theyre real bank cards it can work. Im using Finnish and UK cards for our north american accounts. Blackhat ads too and works perfectly well and no VAT
