Hey guys,

I downloaded the website of webarchive. Pages a lot more than 1000 all in html format.
How can I transfer these pages into a CMS? Wordpress or etc. Thank you

There might be a Wordpress plugin that does it. Otherwise, you might need to hire a developer.

I've used a few CSV/XLS to Wordpress plugins if you can get the HTML content into CSV/XLS.
 
You can't do this directly.

Hire a VA or rather than download the site, just scrape content.
 
VA -- Virtual Assistant you can explain your job to him/her and he/she will follow the instructions and complete the job.

We have hire a freelancer section , where you can post this if you want to hire someone for completing your job.
 
Evaluate your current website, what are the features you need in your wordpress site and Set up your WordPress installation and Import your content, you can use plugin like CMS2CMS for import many pages.
 
You definitely need a custom script for this. Data mining is something quite common so you can find people that can do this for you on sites like freelancer, fiverr maybe, even on bhw if you post a "want to hire ad".
 
Copy and paste then edit the content one by one until all done. Yes it will consuming a lot a time, but that's we are called work and sacrifice.
