Heck you want free domain and free hosting... Man nothing is free so don't expect that. If money is concern then start selling some thing or do some freelancing work... You can find 99 cent domain for 1 year from godaddy and can find very cheap hosting like $1 per month... So overall you can have your site up and running for 1 year if you can manage $15 which can be earned from working... :)

Now if you don't have money and also don't want to work for it and still want free goodies, go to bed and dream... You can even buy Google there for free...
 
Yes it is possible to create a site for free from scratch. You need a webhost + coding skills
 
just get a domain at godaddy for $1 and use wordpress free theme to get started, dont tell me you cant afford a single buck....
 
I recommend blogger and wordpress. Though it has limited access in its features.

You should be more specific. What are the "limited access features" in Wordpress.com, Wordpress.org, and Blogger?
 
Better use godaddy there you can get it at low cast like $1.
 
You can find a lot of hosting for free like 000webhost, bythost and so but the problem part is domain.

You need to buy domain. Why you worry about , you can buy .net domain for 1$ from 1and1 site
 
I'd recommend namecheap/anybody else over godaddy because of free whois godaddy locks your newly reg'd domains for 60 days at least check out .com coupon here domainpricemonitor.com/domain-com-coupon.aspx edit: lol, just realized I necro'd this thread
 
Here are you looking for domain not which contain subdomains. You can get a lot of free hosting space all around internet for free but not domain. You can search for a partner and tell him what are you planing to do with domain.
 
Here you are looking for free domain. The cheapest internet domain is cost around 0.99$ what is not big at all. Hosting you can find very easy that is the way we have a way lot of useless websites all over the internet.
 
1and1.net is a great website which offer you domain and hosting for one year by 2$/year
 
Yes, but it won't last. you really have to buy your own domain for it to stabilize.
 
Just purchase a Domain Name if you don't want a subdomain and then use free hosting.. :)
 
I suggest you to Go with godaddy because now days its gives .com domain in very cheap rate for one year . Otherwise try Wordpress.org, Blogger or Tumblr for free of cost.
