This will work on CL and this will work well on Youtube. First CL, go make a post about how you are running a contest and to e-mail you to be entered into the contest to win a new Iphone, or a new TV. Just get their attention and make it something people want.

When the e-mails start coming in tell them that in order to enter into the contest they must first fill out, you guess it. A CPA offer. Some CPA offers are geared towards contests, now would be a good time to bust these babies out.

This method will work awesomely on YouTube too. Create buzz, and with youtube you could actually give away something of no use to you anymore, anything. Maybe a book you no longer read, or maybe a nick nack, or just be black hat all the way and don?t give them shit, I?m not judging.

Set Youtube?s description box to your site explaining to enter they have to complete the CPA, and depending on how heavy you wanted to use the contest method, you could make an entire site geared towards entering people into drawings and contest, set up a contest forum where people can get together and discuss what they?d like to see given away. If your not giving stuff away for real, then make fake users and enter them in, and have them be the winners so people think that it?s real.

Already found a problem in the second sentence. Do you realize how hard it is to get a CL ad to stick? 95% of the people that are reading this cannot get an ad to stick.

    lol more importantly

this sounds like a method good on paper

cpa offers on CL are saturated like iiono what

People are conditioned to ignore cpa offers

however this reminds me of a campaign I'm running using clickbank

Ok, I'm going to tell you really how to make this work and this is not just theory, I've done it on several occasions. You could try this on CL if you want but that is not where the real money is for this.

Become a part of some kind of forum that is related to an industry like real estate, finance, offline business or really anything that the laws of your country have a direct impact on. I've done this with both finance and real estate as I have a background in those industries.

You'll need to set this up so you want to be a member for more than just a few days and have more than 3 or 4 posts as you have to have some credibility and if you build your site correctly and use some good SEO methods you will rank #1 in Google real fast... I was there in like 8 days on one of my "petition" sites.

Wait until there is a proposal for a law or a change in the industry that is being proposed and build a website that will allow people to electronically sign a petition... that's not really hard to do as I have done it and I am not webmaster by any means.

Explain that the "petition" is going to be sent to all the lawmakers to show that you do not want this law passed and that you are going to print it out and send it to them via certified mail as well. The site should have some aggressive language opposing the new law or change in process and should be crafted with some legalese in it.

When people sign the petition, they have to opt in to receive email from you as part of the process and if you promote this right, you'll get a couple of thousand very targeted emails that you can send your offers to that are related to their industry.

Additionally, you can have some adsense ads up on the site and a "Donate to the cause" paypal button on it as well.

This works as I have done it several times.. now go find your cause to fight against and make some money.

Doesn't that constitute as outright fraud, the "Donate to the cause" part that is? The rest I am rather kosher with.

I'm no CPA guru, that's probably you, but I think it would probably be more profitable (since the whole campaign is fake), to iframe a CPA offer and use it as the petition sign-up "form."

Since you say you'll get a couple thousand e-mails, that means a couple thousand people signed up for the petition, so it might as well be a CPA offer to get instant profit rather than mailing them out later.

However, I can see how it could generate long-term profit to have a legit e-mail registration form and then advertise to those people. Not all of those people will convert from your e-mails though, but I guess they can be e-mailed several times over the course of a year with different offers, generating that long-term relationship and cash.

If there was a way to get the e-mail out of the CPA form and store it in a database, you'd be killing two birds with one stone. Or use some kind of javascript keylogger. I don't know. Maybe that already exists somewhere.

Only reason I take notice of that is I have gotten a cease and desist order before... and usually they don't play around with shit like that.

Maybe if you word it as support this site or support this sites efforts, work out the lingo to imply that they are helping the cause regardless by donating by helping you? Just food for thought.
