Sounds like a security check loop. Try clearing cache or switching browsers, then go to facebook.com/login/identify to recover your account. Also recommend updating your recovery email/phone if you regain access.

Try using the “Forgot Password?” option and go through the email or SMS reset sometimes that loops but clears after a few tries
