Hello,

I have question about crawling. I bought old domain with about > 1000 links exists before. Now i create my site with over 2000 products. But problems is

- my sitemaps submitted with 3000+ link but google search console still show low number of link

- I check on crawl stats, the discovery rate is very very low 6%.

- The 301 rate is very high.

How can i make it crawl more page.

Google appears to be broken right now.
I have a new site up, they were discovered but not indexed. Now they aren't even discovered. I have a DR of 11 already with some good quality links and I can't even get more than 25% of my site indexed.

Was the domain completely dropped (as in it now has a new registration date) or did you buy it while it was still registered with it's original reg date?

Have you set up these 301 redirects yourself?

Efficiently consolidating sitemaps.

Strategically employing internal linking.
Submitting a comprehensive sitemap

The best way to optimize crawl rate is to share on public pages like Quora
You can use AI to create relevant answers and link to your posts

Crawl rate issues often stem from site speed, so ensuring your pages load quickly is key. Regular content updates and robust internal linking can also signal to Google that your site is active and worth crawling. It's crucial to check that your robots.txt file isn’t inadvertently blocking important pages. If your server is slow, Googlebot may crawl less to avoid overloading your site.
