On paper it seems that way but in reality your affiliate account will get terminated before payday. Look through this forum alot of people encountered this problem and complain that CR is scamming. CR is not scamming but they have a duty to perform for advertisers. Free signups are useless and not worth a cent with advertiser especially adult traffics. I suggest that if want to do hit and run, look for other smaller adult Russian CPA networks.
