What was it suspended for? I don't think we as a community can help you. In this matter you should contact them via eMail or via BHW. They have an Enterprise Account here -> @CrakRevenue

Account got locked and this is the reason in email.
We’ve witnessed a high percentage of fraudulent activity over the past few days on some of our offers over the network.
I email them but now yet reply in email I will try with @CrakRevenue too

Well, give them some more time. It's evening at their office and they will most likely respond to your email within the next 48 hours. If you did fradulent activity (such as sending garbage traffic or even signing yourself up to your offers) then you will most likely not get your account back.

Thank you @Heiko and @ronnie1984 . Heidi the account manager just upgraded my account from bronze to silver last month. I hope everything will be fine because loans are waiting for my to pay.
