OK guys I know there is a way to do this. Cause there is people out their creating the PVA. I am not looking to sell PVA don?t want to sell PVA. I am in Real Estate and I need to be able to create accounts so that I can post about 500 ads a day in Texas in the real estate section.

I have got a system set up to create craigslist accounts fast for me. The only thing I am lacking now is to make them PVA.

IS there a crack that will figure out the craigslist code without having to answer the call? OR should I buy a PBX system and set up direct extensions and do that till I am out of numbers and then start the process over.

I have a way to rotate my ip now so that is not a problem. If you are willing to help an agent out that would be great. Please PM me do not post how to do it on here so craigslist can see.

Once again I do not want to sell PVA I have to be able to post ads and sell homes.

There are many PVA creation methods out there, some of which have been shared here. If you can, I would suggest actually buying them as when you are posting for your offline business the PVAs tend to stay around a lot longer.

Perhaps you could do a small test and see how long they stay active.

Another solution is to get a VPS with a datacenter in Texas ;)

For the cost/time it would take you to create the method and system to make them yourself...you would be better off buying them. If you seriously want to post 500 ads a day in Texas (which I personally think is a bit overkill) you will need 1000 PVAs and 1000 proxies (unless you have multiple DSL lines and multiple licenses of CLAD).

Bottom line is you are looking at +/- $10,000 for that setup depending on how you do it... and I'm sure you make a decent commission as an agent...but 500 ads/day is absurd.

Have fun/good luck

in reading this post i was looking to do 1000 ads a day in the south florida section of CL...I too am an agent and there are 6000+ ads a day...so it is hard to get noticed unless your in volume. I post a good number of ads now on a handful of PVA's and one IP address. once i ramp up its over :)

Lets just say real estate in texas is good. Yes 500 a day spread out over the big cities. Lets say Austin. If I only posted one ad and their is an avg of 3 to 8 thounds house ads a day beening posted I would not get any traffic and not sell any homes. But if I put up 100 ads on different listings spread out over the day then I get calls.

Each ad is for a different house. Now I could see if I was posting the same listing 100 times. but in this case I am posting a new home each time I post.

500 ads. a day. in Texas in the real estate section? You need to be bitchslapped!

I can empathize with your position. Sort of. I'm not a realtor. Posting that many ads a day simply to keep up with others posting that many ads a day...well it all seems like an insane carnival ride the leads to vomiting.

500 seems outrageous, but I suppose if 400 other realtors are trying to be seen as well then you have to do what you have to do to be seen.

Honestly, I don't know the answer but I know I'd never last as a realtor.

Anyway, best of luck to you

It is a much better deal for your time and money to just outright buy the PVAs. You can easily get PVAs for about $3 a piece when you are buying in bulk.

billsboardonline, wish you luck.. that's a tall order, 500 ads anywhere is big time. The Datacenter in Texas would work, then I've heard you can rent DSL and that's not needed. I'd certainly start out buying some, then ramp up if needed.

if hes posting in real estate services he will need PVA, but, if he thinks he can post 500 ads/ day, thats a horse of a diffferent color....

lol..why 500? Wouldn't you think that's a little oversaturated for the market. People will just start ignoring your sales ads and move on

I thought VPS would give just 2 or 3 IPs. Can we change the IP everytime we boot the VPS??

Thanks.

If you give them a good reason why you need more than 2-3 ips , some companies will give you more ips(100+)

Nobody will ever share with you how they make the pva's. You could ewhore for 10 pvas/day or you could buy them. With money you make money, plain simple.

exactly i have a method where i can hustle PVA's on the internet as well as going out and getting them in the street. I started the posting in volume with no start up cost other than software. PVA's are free in you know how to get them.

I would suggest starting with a few free ones and reivesting the rev earned on them into addtional PVA's from a good provider on BHW.

I understand his pain of needing to post so many...however the key here is all the ads are uniques...so the public will not be oversaturated, even if you repeated each one 5 times throughout the day it wouldnit be flagged as spam.

Last I heard Houston is the biggest RE market in the country...
