Craigslist cracks

I'd think you'd be spending more time posting than being able to answer all of those leads when you're not posting. Are you a one man team or are you working for a giant realtor/agency? Writing about them, setting up emails, switching IPs, posting pictures, and then collecting all of those leads just so you can call, email, meet them in person, run credit checks, close deals and open new deals? That sounds like a lot of work for one guy 5 days a week.

There was a thread on this, I think the excuse was that you need seperate IPs per SSL certificate?

Also, if you don't know what you are talking about in terms of real estate don't give advice saying it's overkill.
