Cracked SMM Accounts

Dear,

I was wondering whether it is permitted to sell cracked accounts of a few mainstream SMM panels with balance on it. I've seen multiple sales of other individuals selling cracked accounts for sites such as Fiverr and I was wondering whether similar standards apply for cracked accounts of SMM panels.

I apologize if this wasn't the suitable place to create this thread.
