CPMs going crazy!

I was getting so low CPMs in the last 2-3 months, but the last week all of them started to go crazy.
I was getting from $1 to $2 but like the last Monday all the CPMs started rising up till today that it is at $8 wich is crazy and not profitable for me.

Has anyone experienced this too? Are there any way to control my CPM? I've tried using bid cap and all that type of bid controls but I'm still getting really high CPMs.

The CPMs are insanley low the last few months and even now. The ad boycott is making CPMs very cheap. Also many advertisers stopped during COVID. It is probably just your niche

I still have the same problem, I'm getting CPMs of $20. I just paused all my ads because of this.

Paused a few of my ads. Mondays are ALWAYS the worst but today is just crazy and FB CPC is SUPER high. I hate it.

I've never seen something like this, this is crazy. I've talked with the facebook team and they don't have an answer. My ads have a CTR of 1-3% and a conversion rate of 10% and I'm paying a CPM of $20!!!

Both, good CPM and good CTR. $8 is expensive, I'm paying $3 in other account. Try new creatives till you get lower CPM.

Have you tried running the same ads on a different page instead? I know ad alchemist manage to lower his cpm by doing that

CPMs decreased during pandemic, but increased again after quarantine was lifted. Right now they have stabilized, at least in my case. I hope they remain as they are right now...

The less people buy ads, the cheaper is the CPM. Now that companies are advertising again, the prices will go up. Either put a bid cap, or pick a less expensive hour of the day.

Or you can do like me, and pay the premium CPM. Since the most coveted customers are high in demand, the CPM is higher. Low cpm is for low demand customers, so the shitty ones and the bots. I would always prefer competing with the smart advertisers and paying more, since that's where the return is made.

I don't know if it's relevant to you, I target high-net worth customers, and large business owners. My CPM averages as $56, but has go up to $115, or down to $30.
