I have literally unlimited supply of Google Ads threshold accounts.
Can someone guide me how to drive Google Ads traffic to CPALead offers?
Obviously I can't direct link to the offers, so what's the next best solution?

Any good examples i can follow? If someone goes to landing page, why would they click over to my CPALead offer?
 
Just start with a nice landing page and use cloaking to redirect to the link. If you have unlimited threshold accounts you shouldn't even have to take much care to avoid a ban.
