CPALEAD plugin not working on Wordpress HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi There anyone using cpalead plugin on wordpress?
i had an issues regarding to my content locker

- Installed CPALEAD plugin and activated to my wordpress and done everything manually
- Everything is Created CODES & pasting it into the cpalead plugin dashboard
- Correct post title also exact generated code pasted to that cpalead dashboard

PLEASE HELP GUYS
