CPAGrip - Mobile Offers

Hey folks,
I am curious why my offer script does not run well on my mobile.

I mean, when I access one article protected with cpa offer with my PC, offer loads automatically after the article loads.
But when I use my phone, offers are not displaying - I saw that I had about 10 another users visited my article, but on my CPAGrip dashboard views are on 0 - so offers are not displaying on their mobiles too.

Am I missing something out, I've contacted admin on CPAGrip and here's his replay :

If the offers that you have inserted are not mobile offers they will not be viewable on mobile devices

What the f.. ?

All of my offers are on.
So in the script ending is this "id=108295" an id of one exact offer ?
Or the script displays list of all available offers for one specific country - so user can choose offer which he thinks that is ok with him ?

u can chat with the owner on ur cpagrip dashboard and show him the details. he's helpful

Ask your account manager to optimize your offers for mobile visitors. As mentioned above, he's helpful.

Well, PC offers are displaying well on PC at least they display on mine. So I guess if they display to me, they will do for everyone else.

So, it seems that in order to display mobile offers when a user visits website via mobile, I have to optimize mobile offers to display correctly
