, Have anyone tried To get cpaBuild Leads From Microworkers Sites. I need Information if it is possible or not to invest in this kind of traffic.

you will, and with a good reason. they want real leads; otherwise their business model doesn't work lol. they dont pay you to scam them.

Any microworker site is just an aggregator of various people offering services. And leads or whatever (for cpabuild or whatever) bought from Mr.A at microworker dot come may be bad and leads or whatever (for cpabuild or whatever) bought from Mr.B at the same microworker dot come may be excellent.
You question is exactly like someone asking : "I need to ride in a Honda Civic, so can I book an Uber ?"

I know cpabuild is content locking affiliate network and even in microworker websites you can (if you search and look properly) get that type of specific suitable traffic. So, in a microworker dot com as an example, not all the traffic providers will all each provide the exact same traffic.
