CPA w/ YouTube [How?] [Help Please]

Hi everyone I just wanted to understand how people make money doing CPA offers via YouTube videos. I know you could post them in the description area and such but, I'm confused as to how to pick the right Ad in my CPA network.

I have a YouTube channel for Rap Music, but I don't know how to make money from it through CPA networks, so If anyone would care to help that would be great!
