Any guides for making it as a CPA vendor? I own a website that already does some good sales on google ads (almost profitable at 0.8$ ROI per 1$ spent on ads) and I wanted to do CPA as a vendor

You have to send like 50 emails to CPA Networks until someone it's interested in your offer.
