Yeah it's a good one but they don't allow new affiliate to join. I only want ad network that is open for everyone.
Cost per action means you will only pay when you get conversion.

What is the difference between the CPA goal pricing model and CPA pricing model? If I want to pay for conversion only then, which pricing model would be best for me?

In cpa goal you will pay by cpm and campaign will get optimize for desire cpa and on cpa pricing you only for conversion.
