CPA offers through facebook messaging

There was a thread on here that i found not too long ago that detailed a method I thought was pretty interesting, i bookmarked the page but I can no longer get back to it, so I had some questions.
The method was to create a fake facebook profile of a hot girl and friend a lot of guys, once you got to know some of the guys you then send them a sale CPA offer and ask them to buy whatever it is the offer is selling for pretty quick money.
I was wondering where you could find these offers and how they would work, since CPA offers are calculated by the seller of the product looking at cookies to see where the buyer came from, I was wondering how that would work with facebook.
I'm really new to this kind of stuff and I would really appreciate some help with this method, thanks for your consideration.

Most of the CPA networks I worked with do not accept chat traffic, unless it's the dating/porn niche... and even that niche, they are often reluctant.
