Hey guys so i am currently looking for a cpa offer say email submit, the problem is all the cpa offers i see are for eg UK traffic only, im planning on promoting this on social media but my social media accounts are mixed country's,

if i am right i need to find an offer that accepts more countrys am i right?

sorry i have only ever content locked before never used premade offers

what is a good cpa network that you dont need a phone call from that has decent biz op offers?

probably you are with UK based network, Mostly networks have US targeting Email submit offers.

Try NutraCash they have plenty of bizopp offers and you are newbie so you will get easily approved there.

I've seen mixed bizopp offers on MaxBounty, but I'm not sure about the phone call when signing up, I joined them years ago.

You can try smartlinks, they work best for mixed traffic. Just find a network working with your niche and offering a smartlink. Would be better if you can optimise this very link.
