By the way...In my opinion it strongly depends where your traffic comes from. Check out the offers on the different platforms. The conversation rate, EPC and payout of the offers. My traffic is coming from Europe/Germany mostly and Cpagrip works out the best for me.

From my experience, OG Ads and Peerfly are really quite difficult to get accepted to. Not impossible, just you might have to go back and forth in emails or skype with them. CrakRevenue seems much easier to get accepted into, but it's just for Adult/Dating/Porn type traffic. If you have experience in other affiliate networks, share screenshots of your earnings with them. Adverten was pretty easy to get accepted in to for me.
If I were you, I would just apply to every network. Take 1 hour out of your day and apply to 20 networks.
