CPA networks that have incentivized offers?

Hi, I have had a hard time searching for CPA networks that have incentivized offers and that don't require phone verification to join. I would appreciate if you can suggest me any network that meet this. I can be your referral also.

Apart from that, I would like to know according to your experience, what do incentivized offers pay on average and whether they accept worldwide traffic or only usa/europe.

Ok thanks! The most important thing is that the network have incentive offers...I am setting up a method for them. Any other one?

I used to love adscendmedia, and had a couple of offers running with them. However, you have to be careful because they were down for a little while recently. They did seem very appologetic about it, and gave an official explanation and apology for it, even offering to pay back partially what many lost, but many people lost thousands. Just something to keep in mind.

************** and peerfly also have some incentive offers, although for a combination of features, and ease of getting in, Adscendmedia still wins in a landslide, in my humble opinion.
