CPA networks that are most leniant

I see a lot of sites that have some really blackhat stuff. For example, the niche Clash of Clans hack. There's tons of sites that use CPA on those, and then in return don't give the users anything. I can see the networks those use to get kind of an idea but what are your guys opinions? What networks might overlook someone with a clash of clans hack that their users get an error after completing the survey?

Have you ever tried investigating which network those offers belong to - that you were checking before?

Yup, as I said I can do that but I wanted to see what BHW's opinion was. The sites I see may end up having to forfeit their earnings, I don't want to have that chance.

Mae the AM money and share a general idea how you are doing it (leave out the details) and 99% of them are lenient.

I have several that have allowed me to send "forbidden" traffic because it converts well for them and they are making money from the traffic.

It really is a partnership with a network and your AM and should not be a contentious relationship if you are looking to get some flexibility and wanting a long term money making relationship with them.
