I was wondering what CPA networks I should be looking at? because it seems like all TOS's say no illegal activity. I've applied to one, should I just play the numbers game and apply to them all acting like I comply to these ToS?

If you are looking to promote CPA offers with the help of copyrighted material you should consider blanking/faking the referrer.

wouldnt content locker pro v2 work for this? this is all new to me but i'm reading up blanking/faking on google right now

Ok, did about 10 minutes of research. (i figured out CLPv2 can be used to faking/blanking)

So you want to make a whitehat blog somewhat (ie: product reviews) then have it redirect traffic to the blackhat blog with the copyright material?

Now it looks like it fakes where traffic comes from (ie: adult sites) but i'm not buying traffic (well not yet) so i'm not too worried about hiding where my traffic comes from.

(typing out-loud haha)

Yes, faking the referrer is much more complicated, however, it is also more safe.

@ OP... Your concerned about hiding such activity from your CPA network... I just hope you are as diligent about hiding your ass from the ones that might break down your door and haul you off in cuffs. :D

No CPA networks are overly cool with it and especially with what happened to Mega Upload, everyone is on edge.

LOL, this is a fucking hilarious question. I don't know about straight up "illegal" traffic but I know CPATank will take "alternative" traffic. Get in touch with someone from there and TELL THE TRUTH about what kind of traffic you're pushing, if they can work with you, they will.

jokes on them, the door is already broken down.. plus I was trained by Hodini's brother in the art of cuff escaping :D. under the DMCA policy, I don't believe indexing links is illegal. That would be like saying Google is guilty for letting a warez site get on their search results.

I will take your consideration into thought (jdog). (you just came off alittle harsh bro)

Yeah i know everyone is on edge right now with that megaupload, i'll reconsider my niche maybe. But isn't everything kind-of illegal when doing blackhat?

You can try mgcash, they mostly ok with all staff if it is not porn
yeah it's not porn, ill check them out tomorrow. thank you very much

This is why I ask questions because I would of never found this CPA network.. thank you, I'll call them tomorrow to see what they say.

If it's not straight up illegal, you could try Upload Pay as an alternative :)

If I were you, I would not fake the referrer, because no matter how good you do that it can always leak... and then ban hammer + stream of earnings lost.

Remember, you can always blank the referrer before faking it.

what is considered "straight up illegal"? i'll call them tomorrow as well - yeah i just needed some recommendations of possible CPA's - rather be straight froward with an advertiser than be shady.

i'll go with the honest approach right now, if not - blank then fake, gotcha haha

I read blanking it can cause a CPA to be suspicious about traffic.. I'm happy to still learn this because a few days ago I didn't even know about this forum and so happy I did. :)

LOL SO HARD at this thread. The question is so funny i almost let piss fly all over the place and am foaming at the nutsack. 1st off if something is illegal meaning its against teh law which means its not allowed anywhere. So basically you ask us which company has no rules so fuck heads from the FTC and shit can TRY to shut them down? Fuck the US gov. suck my dick.

Man... Did not mean to be harsh at all. Sorry if I sounded that way. You the one that said illegal content and I was just emphasizing the importance of covering your ass.

I added a smiley to my previous post if its any consolation to ya Bro.

There's that gray area with game trainers and such. And then illegal things like movies, songs.
