CPA Network saying he will sue me

this network paid me in advance in order to give him some leads, so after he paid me I made the leads and now the company denied my leads and he said will sue me.
Is this possible? He needs to take the risk for that, no?
First network that ask for money back, I think is nonsense.

Depends entirely on whether or not a contract was signed - and if so the specific wording of the contract.

Going from your negative iTrader and incredibly low reputation considering your number of posts...might the CPA network owner have some basis for his claim...?

Did you signed a contract with them?If they paid you in advance to send them leads and the leads are fake and you signed a contract,then they can sue you.

I never sent them a contract with my sign.
Maybe something online when I signed up? can't be sure, but I don't think so, can't remember exactly
 
I tried to signup on this network and there are some standard disclaimers but no sign required

How much money are we talking here?
Can you share the name of the network?
Did you have any communication, written or otherwise, with any CPA network staff?
What country are you located in?

All of this is of paramount importance as to whether or not you should pay them back their money, ignore them, or find a good lawyer...

EDIT: Also, are there any plausible grounds they may have for scrubbing your leads? Don't bullshit us here, this is BlackHatWorld after all. But I know very certainly which of my websites have 100% legitimate traffic and which may have some less-high-quality leads. Is there any reason you can think of that your leads may not have been good quality?
