CPA Network Joint Venture!!

Hello dear ventures,
I actually plan to open an CPA based affiliate network so looking for someone who can help me settle these things. As I have 3+ years marketing experiance and worked almost 6+ CPA networks as AM, Mostly are dead now like SuperAffiliateMedia, Volvomedianetworks, Sparxessence, Uniadsempire, SwagLeads & 12gMedia & some are still alive like RoaringCash, CpaBooster & AVG etc,.
So I got enough experiance being as AM and expert to bring good and active affiliates. As we all very well know none any business can give quick result it takes few time to establish so this game is totally based on patience.


Now let's talk about JV stuff, I'm looking just for a single guy who also plan the same thing but still can't due to lack of experiance & lack of knowledge. I'm here to share everything with my partner if anyone will be.
