I've been accepted into one of the largest CPA companies where there are thousands of affiliate offers, DOI, SOI, and others. However, I have no idea what to do, which platform or social media to promote on, or what methods to use. Can you share with me some effective free and paid methods currently available?

How were you accepted if you were not asked for your traffic source?

Without proper traffic source if you are accepted, that means network not worth to join. As most of network have very high rules regard traffic.
