CPA link does not match the offer

Hello,

SO i am looking into CPA offers and have signed up for several CPA networks but when i see a product i want to promote and when i open the affiliate link of the offer its usually not the same item,

Example i saw the free makeup sample for the USA but when i check the link it redirects me to porn sites, i am not from the USA, I am from a 3rd world country, does it show different offers to different countries?

If so how do i make sure the product is what it claims to be before investing money in it.

Yes! If the offer is for the USA, and a visitor is from another country, the ad network or cpa offer owner will try to redirect them to another offer to not waste the traffic and still try to monetize it.

Use a VPN/proxy to test the offers. As said in the comment above, they will redirect users to another offer that matches the users GEO.

If i am promoting a makeup product and if it redirects to some crappy porn site won't i get in trouble or rather won't the person who is seeing the ad from a 3 world country be upset, the audience is usually female and many little kids would want the free makeup too,

And how do i make sure the product is what it claims to be before i promote it? will free ip changers work?

Depending on types of offers, yes. The payout also varies with respect to quality of traffic(T1/T2 etc..) & offer completion.
