CPA like Web Test Club

Sites like Web Test Club, that pay you $1 to do tasks, usually click 2 links in a website.
My question, if I made a service like thiers, can I just find CPA offers that pay $1 each, and each person I pay $1 to, they click on 2 li ka, making me a profit of $1.
Is this how web test club works?
Would this be a viable business?

bro this model isn't viable because most CPA networks strictly prohibit incentivized traffic (paying users to complete offers). Violating this can lead to bans and withheld earnings. you can focus on legitimate traffic strategies to sustain a CPA business.
