CPA LANDING PAGE

so im just starting cpa with ogads using instagram. i plane on making around 5 accounts. i know i have to age them so i figured for the next week ill take half a hour or so to follow 60 other accounts which is the the follow cap. but my main question, is there any way i could steal someones landing page and setup the domain with no funds at all? as of now im using the content locker but i know the actual landing pages look way better and look more legitiment. i plan on using the iphone x and fortnite niche.

Don't reveal your niches bro, you could rip the lp with httrack, but you still need some hosting and a domain to set it up.
