CPA JV : Pay 50% tools + Work together on offers

I've an idea that could help me and someone serious about doing cpa with pais ads.
the idea is that we pay 50% of the tools ( voluum, thrive theme, Vps(beyond hosting ), and we work together on offers.
I've a maxbounty account, so you should have a maxbounty account.
So, every 1-2 day, we pick an offer and we work on it ( everyone create his banners, landing pages, headlines, and run campaigns on paid ads campaigns) and split test.
By the end ( we collect enough data ), we discuss how to scale the offer, what are the best verticals, targeting.
Summary : instead of working for yourself and do 3-4 split tests, when we work together, we'll have 8-10 split tests, and we choose the best and everyone launch his profitable campaign.
tools fees : Voluum : 99$/mo, thrive theme : 75$/mo, Vps : 74$/mo ( 38$ fist month ).
total : 198/mo ( everyone pays 100$/mo ) pretty good.
